At CoachED we feel passionate about teacher wellbeing. If this is to be be successfully implemented through schools, it needs to start when teachers begin their career. All teachers deserve to have their wellbeing nutured, while giving them skills of self reflection and resilience.

With this in mind, CoachED have designed a year long coaching strategy that can be embedded straight into existing ITT programmes. From just £20 per trainee per year you get a fully resourced model that not only helps to ensure the wellbeing of the trainees, but also enables providers to delivery greater consistency with trainees across schools and settings.

The model can also be tailored to the needs of the ITT provider resulting in a bespoke programme that meets the needs of your trainees.

The model runs over three phases and includes:

3 unique self reflection tools to be used across the 3 phases

Conversation cards for each meeting to help guide the mentor with their coaching conversations

Phase plans that explain the focus for each phase and coaching session

A clear and detailed instruction manual for each section of the model for the coach to use

Hints and tips for coaches to help them to aid the trainees to get the most out of each session

Guidance on empathic and active listening
